Survey of Materials Science - MATS 402/502

This course is a continuation of MATS 401. Electrical, electronic, magnetic and optical properties of materials are topics that will be explored with a focus on modern applications and instrumentation. The course will cover surface science and its application in the assessment and development of novel materials. Course is designed for students majoring in science or technology.
